FWIW, the Isaacs I've known haven't gone by nicknames, at least not consistantly. They've all been just Isaac.
I like Isaac Gabriel, Isaac Laurence, Isaac Theodore, Isaac Valentine, Isaac Walter, and Isaac Wesley. I'm always a little leery of doubling up on very obviously biblical names in combos because they do run the risk of sounding too weighty and devout. It depends on the names. Isaac Gabriel and Isaac Jude sound fine to me, but Isaac Gideon and Isaac Phineas have a whiff of fire and brimstone about them.
