I consider Peregrine, Sparrow, Lark, Wren, Nightingale, and Dove usable. Sparrow, Lark, Wren, Nightingale, and Dove are girl name, IMO, though Sparrow could possibly be used on a boy. Peregrine is pure boy to me.
The other two bird names I have considered using (though probably only in the middle) are Bluebird and Meadowlark, again on girls.
ETA: I didn't notice Robin on there. If I think about it as a bird name, then I would consider it unisex. In practice, however, I think popularity statistics would show this usage as girl only. In actuality, I really only think of Robin as a man's name. :)
