Boys names ending in -ian...please
DH likes Christian and Sebastian. I am not terribly crazy about either of them, but do think they both have strong sounds, which I guess I kind of like.
Any other suggestions ending in -ian or -tian?
TIA!

These are all from the Submitted Names Database (http://www.behindthename.com/submit/), as Phoebe has already given you a link to all the -ian names from the main database of BtN. Also, most of the names are of latinate origin. Some of them are too long-winded and cumbersome, I suppose, but there are a few real gems among them. :)My personal favourites of these are marked with three asterisks (***).A

More can be found here, although not all of those entries are as reliable as the ones that I just mentioned:http://www.behindthename.com/submit/search.php?terms=*ian&name=yes&gender=both&operator=orGood luck with picking out a name that you and your husband both agree on. :)

Thanks for linking to a search like that! I've been on this site for 5 years but have never any searches such as those--you made it seem easy!

Oh wow! Just added Gratian to my PNL! Amazing! Had never heard of that one before. I really like Dorian and Julian and Rian.

Adrian. Ian itself, or Brian with a sound change. Christian, if you are. Severian. Damian, or Damien. Simeon?

You can search for names by putting *ian the search bar up top. Adrian
Brian – has a more YAN than EE-an sound though.
