I like both Hannah and Savannah, but not for sisters. Rhyming names for siblings, whether they're twins or not, is a horrible idea.
It's nice that the middle names have meaning, but Savannah Lane sounds like a place--like a street in Savannah. I'd rather see Hannah Lane or (NOT and) Savannah Louise.
