If you had to *NSW, Australia*
Since Lily did one like this for the US top 10 I decided to do one for a couple of other countries. Choose only one name for each gender and then mention why you chose it. Also no spelling changes.P.S. It was hard for me to find data from official sites other than this, I found some non official top 10 lists from babycenter but they included all the different spellings when they complied their data and I'm not certain if they got the data from the governments censuses or from their name site polls. This data all came from the countries official government websites.

Cooper and Amelia. Cooper has always been a gp of mine. I don't even care that it means "barrel maker", I just love the sound of it so much and I am a sucker for "er" ending names. I was surprised to see it on a top 10 list but it makes me really happy! And Amelia has always been a favorite of mine.

Olivia 'Livie' & William 'Liam'If I were to make combos:
Olivia Isabella & William Lucas

Again Olivia and William. It's surprising to see Sienna in the top 10. I have a soft spot for Lachlan but I don't like it enough to use. If I had to make combos: William Lachlan and Olivia Ava.

Olivia and Lucas. Those are the ones I like best.

I don't actually like any of the girls names... I really can't pick one. I'd just have to not have a girl. :PFor a boy it would be William. Used to be a top favourite of mine.

Charlotte --This is the only name I would consider using on the girls' list. I prefer it more as a middle name though because I dislike the nns.Lucas --This has been my #2 boys' name for over a decade. I'd use William as the middle :-D

Ava - I've liked the name for years and while I prefer Eva, Ava is pretty close and quite pretty.Ethan - Handsome and strong, I just really like this name.

Amelia & WilliamSee previous post for reasons. :p

Popularity aside because this is pretty much where I live:Ruby Charlotte and Thomas Oliver.
vote up1
Charlotte, because I really like it and it's not popular here, and William, because it's one of my favorite names and it's timeless. I also like Olivia (but it's my cousin's name), Isabella, Amelia, Ethan, Oliver, Thomas, and Joshua.

Lachlan - I love this name and it's nowhere near as popular over here in the UK, though still not unheard of.Ruby - best of a bad lot really.

Sienna Ava, Lachlan William

Olivia and Lucas are the only names I love from that list.

Sophie and William:)

Ava & Oliver.Love both, would use both if my friend's didn't already have kids named Ava & Oliver.
Ava Delphine / Leonie / Seraphine / Ceridwen.
Oliver Matthias / Felix / Ignatius / Octavian.

Ava and William, simply because they're the best of the bunch,
Combos: Ava Madeleine Berengaria and William Edgar Hesperos.

Amelia and Jack, love those names! :)

Noah is my #1 boys name, so what was easy. But I adore William as well, and not to mention Lucas and Jack.I like a lot of the girls names. Chloe, Isabella, Charlotte, Sophie, Sienna, Ava, Amelia. But I would want something that works here in Sweden as well, and isn't too popular. So Sophie or Amelia...hmm. I'm going with Sophie today.

I'd probably opt for Ruby and Thomas.

These names together always make me smile because I think of Noah and Charlotte from Oliver Twist.

I'm going to indulge myself and pick Sienna. Yeah, yeah. It's terminally trendy and a popular minivan besides, but I love it and I think it's beautiful. I could easily have gone with Ruby or Sophie, though. For a boy, I'd use Thomas. I could use Thomas IRL and never once regret it.I'll have to tell my SO that Cooper is a top 10 name for boys in NSW. He loves it...for a girl. He thinks all this namenerdery has gone to my head because I keep pointing out it's "completely f*ing masculine!"

Cooper seems so masculine to me, of course my partner loves Dante for a girl. Our SO's have odd tastes in girls names. :P

Sienna and Lachlan. This is interesting, because usually I'd have gone for classics like Amelia and Oliver. But I've rarely heard of Sienna and Lachlan, and it fascinates me that they're so popular. They're lovely, but almost unheard of in the States.

Jack and Amelia, I guess.

Isabella & Joshua.

For girls I like Olivia, Charlotte, Sophie, but would use Charlotte because it seems the least common. For boys I like William, Lachlan and Noah, but would use William, because I don't like the Australian pronunciation of Lachlan and unlike Noah, William has more nickname options (I’d use Liam).

I really like the name Sienna but not sure if I would use it in real life. I also like Isabella. For boys I like Thomas, Lucas, Joshua and William and it's hard to choose.Right now I will say: Sienna Amelia and Lucas William.

Sophie
JackBoth are on my favorites list.

Charlotte and Oliver. Charlotte is my grandmother's name and Oliver reminds me of Charles Dickens so I love it.
vote up1
Sophie, because I've always loved it. Lachlan, because I adore Irish/Scottish names and this one is definitely usable where I live.

My favorites are Olivia and Lucas.I also like from the girls list Chloe, Ruby, Mia, Charlotte, Ava, and Amelia. I personally only would use Sophie as a nn for Sophia, but I do really like Sophie. The same as last time I was close to choosing Amelia or Ruby.I also like from the boys list William, Lachlan, Oliver, Noah, Thomas, and Joshua. It was very tough to choose between Lucas and William but in the end I went with Lucas. Oliver is my third favorite and then Lachlan and Thomas tie for fourth place. I like Noah more than Joshua, partially because I really don't like the nn Josh.

For my combos I'm choosing Olivia Charlotte and Lucas William. I think these combos suit each other in a sibset, though I do really love the combo Olivia Ruby, but I'm choosing Olivia Charlotte. For my non top 10 combos I'm choosing Olivia Hazel and Lucas Rowan.

For a girl: Ruby - this is a name on my list anyway so it makes sense to pick it. Combo: Ruby Isabella.
For a boy: Cooper - this name stood out for me when I read through the list, I think it's quirky and sweet. Combo: Cooper Oliver.
