Ramona is cool; it gives me a very indie vibe.
I like Claudia as well- wouldn't use it myself, but I'd enjoy meeting one.
And Penelope really grew on me. I used to dislike it, but now I appreciate the quirkiness of it and the way it just floats off your tongue. I'd use Penny or Nell for short.
Damon isn't bad either. Phoebe and Daria I'm less enthused about.
I like Nina (great international choice), Daphne, and Arthur. Of those already on the list, I like Athena (strong and beautiful), Laurel (classic with a twist), Fiona, Cormac, and to an extent Quentin.
