Isabel- It's the only spelling of this name I like. Isabelle looks too frilly. Claire- Clare looks "wrong" to me. Catherine- It's far more beautiful than Kathryn, which looks like a "modern" version or trendy version of Catherine. Kaye- The E just adds something, makes it seem namier. Evelyn- Can use Eve/Evie as a nickname. Sarah- Looks more complete. Though I do have a soft spot for Sara as it's my great-grandmother's name. Marc- Looks chicer. Mark is one of my most detested names. Luke- Straight-forward. Jack- Jacques would be mispronounced and not taken seriously in my area. Neve- Because no one would know where to being with Niahm around here. Sean- It looks slightly less dated. Cleaner. Selene- I like them about equally, but Selene makes me think of the moon. Christina- Looks more classic or proper. Allen- Biased because my dad and brother's middle names are both Allen.
