I love Blythe! From your list, I only like the flow of Rosa Blythe and Ada Blythe (though I'm not too fond of either fn). Since Blythe is so short and abrupt, I think it sounds best paired with a longer first name. How about Rosalyn Blythe or Adaline Blythe? Then you could always use Rosa or Ada as nicknames.I also like:Caroline Blythe
