I think it's cool. I started liking it after going to the Galapagos.

It always seems like it's ending before it should to be and it makes me think of Columbus. So I don't love it. But I don't think it's a bad name.

No opinion at all. The only one I know anything about is that nice Mr Columbus.

Not my style.

Cristobal is intriguing but not overly masculine, imo. I'd prefer Christabel for a girl.

Cristobal is easily my favorite variant of Chrisopher. I love how it sounds like a crystal ball, yet it doesn't because of the stress being on the second syllable. It's kind of exotic and unexpected. Love it.

Christobal, is it a boys name? I dont really care for it.
I'd prefer Christobel (if we're talking about a girl). I like that it has so many options for nicknames. Christy, Chris, Chrissy, Bell, even Toby. Lots of variations for spellings too. I just think it would be so refreshing to have a friend, colleague, family member that went by one of these nicknames and most would assume it was one of the more popular first names. Christina, Isabelle, Christin. I do quite like the name. I will have to think of some combos and alternate spellings.
