Albus, Rubeous, Filius - not 'real names' to me, so no, I wouldn't use them
I like Harry, Sirius, Neville, Ronald, and Seamus a lot.
Argus and Draco are fun to think about, but both sound more like cartoon characters than children to me.
Hermione is beautiful.
Minerva and Petunia are too fussy.
Ginny, Molly, and Fleur too cutesy.
Rolanda ... hmm, I don't remember this one from Harry Potter.
In any case, Rolanda and Angelina are too romantic for my taste.

The two I like are Harry and Angelina. I don't think I'd ever really use either one, because I could find names I like more. The rest I don't like. The "normal" ones, Seamus, Ronald, Dudley, Hermione, Minerva, Ginny, Molly, and Fleur, I just happen not to care for, and the others are too out-there. I'd feel sorry for any kid named Petunia.
Harry, Ronald, Seamus, Ginny, Molly, and Angelina have been used enough that they aren't solely HP names, so they can easily be used.
I suppose you could argue for Dudley too (my grandma had a cousin with that name, Dudley Doright, Lord Dudley), but I don't like it.
Neville- okay, Chamberlin. But I didn't think he was that beloved in Britain.
Petunia- Dursley or Pig from Looney Tunes.
The old Latin/ Greek names had only one image before, and now has a new sole namesake.

I really like Angelina so I wouldn't have a problem using that. Harry and Ronald are just okay, I'd never want to use them. (Harry is a great name for a pet.)
The others, no way. Dudley and Petunia sound like pet names too, Petunia a really annoying pet. The others are so obviously Harry Potter names that I wouldn't use them even if I didn't already think they were awful.
