It's currently in the 500s and has been rising for the last 10 years, being the highest it's been in 30 years... I can't see it getting overly popular though. Anna is currently 35 and a more common name so I can see that getting a good bump. Elsa may be able to get into the 300s in the next few years, where it hasn't been for about 100 years, but I can't see it getting higher than that tbh. Even at the peak of its popularity it only hit 215 in 1895. It's still got that slightly foreign sound to it that I think will impede its popularity with most Americans, even though it's the name of a popular character from a popular movie.
