Now, let me explain. I want to post a drawing on this forum but was unsuccessful. Is there any kind of way I can display a picture without using another website and posting the link to it?

No, you need to host the image somewhere like tinypic or imgur, and then use html to 'post' it

< img src="" >< /img >

Just remove the spaces.
