Trying to name twins...
I've got a friend who is going to have twin girls. Almost anyone she meets, she's asking, "what's your favourite name in all the world?"
She is notoriously bad at making decisions.
Her boyfriend suggested they named one each, but that didn't work because she said "Sienna" and he said "Lucy" and neither of them liked the other's choice.I think she likes more unusual names (at least she said 'not boring') but he definitely likes traditional ones.
Rhyming is no good, but alteration is okay (I asked)
So...
What are your favourite names in all the world?
Nothing like swamping them with ideas ^_^

This is a great list. Well done on finding names that they'll hopefully both like. I've been trying to do that too, and it's amazingly hard. But pairs like Eva and Juliet, Liana and Marisa, might actually work...I like Liana and Lydia as a pair from this list (:

Bryony and Cecily - is this a rhyme?
Caroline and Eleanor
Eloise and Joy
Georgina and Topsy
Gillian and Juliet
Heather and Karen
Isobel and Marianne
Kitty and Polly
Laura and Tessa - is this a rhyme?
Nancy and Betsy
Rosamond and VictoriaSienna and Lucy are the most spectacularly non-matching twin names ever! It'd be hilarious. Perhaps Susianna and Lucy might work? I'd totally use Lucy, but no doubt it's a lost cause.

This is a good list, thanks :) Some might actually work for them, like Eloise and Joy, and Isobel and Marianne.I don't think Laura and Tessa, or Bryony and Cecily actually rhyme, but they come pretty close...I think Lucy is a lost cause :P

If I had twins right now I would probably use one of the following two combos. First names are names I like and middle names are honoring. Amelia Josephine & Eleanor Susannah
Isabel Jillian & Alice Louisa
