Aura is a little dippy, to me. The Spanish pronunciation, OW-ra, is more fun.
Apphia seems like it should get more use from the conservative Christians who go for names like Maranatha, Jubilee, and Tirzah.
Nelia looks made up to me.
Marjolein & Marjolaine would sound more Americanized to me as mar-jo-LANE. I think they could definitely work for a little girl.
