Re: Thoughts On My Top Ten?

BOYS
David Walter - David is nice, although a bit too common for my tastes. It ages well which is nice. Walter is handsome.
Gerard Castle - Gerard is okay but I can't personally imagine it on a small child. Castle is too surnamey for me.
Madison Ross - I don't think Madison is girly, but it's not particularly masculine either. It's ok. I like Ross, though, and Madison Ross does flow nicely.
Dexter Ivan - Dexter is a GP of mine. Ivan is not my style, but it's nice enough.
Ceallach Olaf (KELL-akh) - Ceallach looks clumsy and I think people would have a lot of trouble spelling or pronouncing it. Olaf seems kind of oafish to me!
Henry Ross - Love it!
Thomas Castle - I'm still not that keen on Castle, but Thomas Castle sounds better than Gerard Castle.
Loren Ross - Loren seems feminine to me.
Bailey Arthur - Bailey is a bit boring to me, as it's become pretty popular. Also, I dislike it's unisex nature. I adore Arthur.
Klaas Allen - The double A in Klaas looks odd, and Allen is a bit boring to me.
Henry Ross is my favourite from your list. If I was to pick and choose from your names, I would make the combo Dexter Arthur or Thomas Arthur
GIRLS
Alice Lorraine - I love Alice! Lorraine is a little dated but it's a family name and it does sound good with Alice.
Vivian Estella - Love it!
Eleanor Nystrom - Eleanor is lovely. Nystrom is a bit too weird for me. Is it a family surname or first name?
Elisabeth Story - Elisabeth is OK. Story is a word, not a name
Nova Carys - Love love love Carys! Nova is okay, but not my style.
Amabel Gertrude - Amabel is lovely. Gertrude is clunky, dated and unattractive. I guess it's okay as a middle name.
Dahlia *Jean - Dahlia is nice, and a nice unusual flower name. Jean goes really well as a middle name.
Ariadne Anastasia - I like both names separately, especially Ariadne. However, together there are too many A sounds and the name overall is too complicated and long. I would pair either name with a different, more simple middle name.
Theodora Millicent - Love it! Old fashioned, but in a classy way.
Julia Lorraine - Love it and it flows even better than Alice Lorraine.
I love Alice Lorraine, Theodora Millicent and Julia Lorraine. You have some great individual names here too. I would make the combos Eleanor Carys, Alice Ariadne, Amabel Carys or Julia Millicent
