Natasha
This name has been on a mind a bit lately (probably due to Marvel's Natasha Romanoff).
I used to not like Natasha, but I haven't really considered it in a number of years until recently.
Thoughts?

We have friends with a 4 1/2 year old DD named Natasha, so that's who I think of. I actually think it's quite a nice name.

Natasha was one of the first names on my list when I started making one several years ago, while it still remains it fell out of my top ten quite some time ago. I find nothing wrong with Natasha, it has a pleasant sound, I like the nicknames Tasha, Tash, Natty and Nat (in order of preference), it's not all that popular but is recognisable. Yes, very pleasant.

I like it a lot, probably because of the Marvel character. I never would have considered it, but I guess the character changed my mind. :) Love the nn Nat.

I love Natasha. It's exotic but still familiar, fun but serious, and is street-cool while not being too downmarket. It's a genre-spanner.Also, it spells "Ah Satan" backwards. So. Great.

That last comment made me laugh out loud. Thank you.

Natasha.
Natasha, Natasha, Natasha.
Hm, I trying to like it. No real reason not too. I love the Nat part. I even like Asha as a nickname. Tasha is okay, if a bit childish. But all I can think is that Natasha is the ugly sister to Natalia, the most beautious in all the land.

It's fun, though I'd never want to use it. It's got more personality than Natalie, which I also like, but it's completely familiar. In the US, in the seventies and eighties, it was a very popular name for black girls, but unlike Ebony it's crossed over and doesn't have an exclusively black image.

I really like this name too, though never really used to. My boyfriend's sister is Natasha "Tash"
