Adeleine = Good. Very close to Adeline.
Adine = Also good and seems like a full name.
Amantha = Eh, pretty obvious that it's just a chopped-off version of Samantha.
Amela = Okay but a little strange.
Amona = Alright
Amilla = Okay but strange
Ancy = Too much like "antsy"
Anelle = Okay
Anessa = Good. I'd use this name
Anielle = If it's supposed to be "an-yell", like Danielle, it's weird because it looks like "annie-ell".
Arika = Alright. Looks like an alternate spelling of Erica / Erika.
Arita = Okay. Looks like a full name.
Arlotte = Nope.
Atasha = I like this one.
Aulina = Pretty obvious.
Auline = Also obvious but sounds better for some reason.
Delina = Sounds good.
Driana = Okay. A little obvious but not a bad name.
Egina = Nope.
Elanie = Good, but looks a lot like Elaine.
Elinda = Okay. Not too chopped-sounding.
Exandra = I think this would be a good character name.
Femia = Not very good.
Iana = Good. Looks like a full name or a feminine form of Ian.
Ianca = Alright.
Ichelle = Nahh.
Imona = This is okay.
Imone = Doesn't seem like a full name
Isette = Okay. Doesn't sound too shopped-off.
Licia = Meh
Linor = I think this one is good.
Loria = Good. I like this as a name.
Milia = Alright.
Ornelia = I like this one. It's obviously a chopped-off Cornelia but I still think it's good.
Tilia = Okay but a little strange.The ones I like most are:
Adeleine
Adine
Anessa
Atasha
Delina
Elanie
Exandra
Iana
Isette
Linor
Loria
Ornelia

Adeleine isn't new, actually. However, I have always thought it to be a very sweet name. I think Anessa and Ornelia are actually pretty nice! Have you thought of trying to make any "chopped off" boy names as well?

Yes, I tried a little, but I don't find boys' names as fun as girls' names *blush*. But I'll try again! I think I came up with Dreas (from Andreas, which is common in Sweden) and Drian, but I think they aren't very good. Look like "dread" and "drain", lol.

Amilla - pretty and totally usable and I like it!
Anelle - I like it
Anessa - totally usable
Elanie - as a chop-off of Melanie is neat, but it would get pronounced e-LAYN-ee
Isette - it's okay, but Lisette is so much better, I think
