Haa, I'm sorry!! If it's said like that I'm totally saying it wrong. I was saying am-eye-uh with the stress on the first syllable and a short A so it does sound like "am I a" but now I know that's wrong. I was splitting up the syllables wrong, making it am-ay-a not a-may-a. Sorry!
