HelpAdministrator? (My suggestion to Mike)

I suggested to Mike a few months ago to add a 'contribute' button right on the comments page of a name, so that people who are up-in-arms :) about a particular name don't have to figure out how to go back to the page for the name itself and contribute there. Many of them seem to be unable to see that in their moment of upset and, thus, they end up here.
Anyway, Mike thought it was a good idea but said he was very busy. Apparently it hasn't happened yet. Do any of you administrators also have the authority/ability to make those types of changes?
Anyway, I'm pretty indifferent on the name Shannon. I certainly would not call it chavvy and I certainly would not call it beautiful.
