Rose alone seems trite and unimaginative. Rose as a nn for names like Rosemary and Rosamond, both of which I like enough to use, would be fine.
I dislike Rosa, Rosetta, Rosella, Rosina and Rosalie. I suppose there's nothing wrong with Rosalind, but the only one I've ever known has spoilt it for me.
ETA: Rosabel is very nice! I always forget it, so perhaps it should count as a GP rather than a possibility.

I saw Rosabel in a search on this site and it caught my attention. Very pretty name!
