I'd go for something that works well in both Spanish and English, something that doesn't feel purely Spanish either. So even though I like Hugo, I wouldn't choose it because if has a more Spanish feel to it (which your other children's names doesn't). I wouldn't choose something too English either, so no Isaac or Nathaniel. And I love Leo, but I think it's too short with your other childrens names and Leonardo is too exotic.
