Welcome back! I appreciate the fanciful elegance undergirding all of your combinations, even if I don't love their cadences or all of their constituent parts. My favorite is probably Araminta Poppy Jane, though I'd love Hebe Liliane Wren without Wren.
As for Oleander, I find it enchanting and have experimented with using it as a masculine middle names.
