Hmm, that's a tough call. I think some people will get it right he first time with "Caedmon", and that some people will still say CAYD-mun if it's spelled "Caedmon." But overall, I do think you'd get the right pronunciation more often with Cadmon. I think it's a personal call, and it's a great name. I really like it and would be excited to meet one irl.
