Zariah/Sariah - Not awful, but not really something I'm fond of. I'm not sure how well they fit with your kiddos' names, either.
Nia - Sweet, it's been on my list in the past and it's one I'd quite like to see on someone else's child. I think it fits with Kaleb alone, but not the other two, so I don't think I like it in the set.
Freya - Love Freya! I wish it wasn't so popular here. I love it with your kids' names, too. They all have a kind of mythic feel and I think Freya continues that perfectly.
Inara - I like it. It's probably my third favourite from the list to go with Kaleb, Lilith and Joah.
Jessa - Not a fan - it just doesn't do anything for me. It seems very 90s, too.
Athena - Second favourite! Very sweet and strong.
I'm not too sure about middle names, but maybe Freya Guinevere Alice? Athena Beatrice Pearl? Something along those lines, anyway :)
