Your Dream Family
If you had unlimited resources, fertility etc and could have (or adopt) as many children as you like what would you name them and what age gaps would you have?
~ Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry ~

Evander Morgan (7) (b. 2019)
Calista Mary (4) (b. 2023)
Alasdair Malachi (nb) (b. 2027) I'm making up imaginary birth years for them as well because why not. XD In case anyone is curious, I'd be 30 years old when the first baby would be born.

Can't really decide if I want five or six children or if I want to be married or not, but I certainly want to adopt all of my children. I've wanted that for the last twenty years. So imagine these are adopted and I adopted them all age four and older. Possibly even age six and older. Not sure the spacing, but enough that they grow up together without all being aged the same thing at once. Maybe two or three years between each.Willoughby Kieran
Hadley Dashiell
Darcy Finch
Murray Sebastian
Estella Viviana
Natasha HazelI can never decide if Willoughby or Murray is the optional sixth child.
Willoughby or Hadley is the oldest. Natasha is the baby.
It's a dreamworld so I can make that happen in a dream world. You can also adopt children with these names. Hahaha.

Currently I am thinking...Freya Clementine
Elsa Josefine
Isaac Elias
Astrid LeighAnd between 1-2 years apart. Enough of a gap that it isn't overwhelming, but close enough that they can relate to each other better, and have someone close to their age to play with and talk things through with.

We dream of a big family. Right now we have two, perhaps more will come as resources come in the future.Let's set this in about the year 2028.1. Adelina "Addie" - 2012 (16)
9. Gabriel Christopher Isaac - 2028 (new born)At this we'd probably have more than our hands full, but our dream family would go something like this.

Awesome names!! Adelina is so pretty and I love Julian too. I wouldn't want to shorten it to anything!Tristan John Ross is really great. I love Evangeline and Seraphina but my boyfriend would never agree to use those two. Gabriel has been a favourite name for years and I like it with Christopher.
Nine kids is heaps though!! My grandmother would approve :p

Matilda JaneEven one would be MORE than enough.

If it were solely up to me:Cosima Bridget
August Theodore
Cora EmiliaCosima, August & Cora, all 2-4 years apart. I would love to have 3 or 4 children. I'd like a mix of biological and adopted.
Between me and my SO:
Benjamin Jude
Adeline JulianaJude & Ada, 4 years apart. SO wants no more than two children. I want at least two. So two it will most likely be. SO wants a son, and I want a daughter. So in a perfect world, we'd have one of each.

Why not Jude Benjamin, if you want to call him Jude?August Theodore is so so so great! I like Ada as a nickname for Adeline.

It's SO's number one, and I can't convince her otherwise. She hates the combo completely if it's switched around. I think Benjamin Jude flows better, but I'd prefer Jude Benjamin.
vote up1
The flow is fine either way, I think. I just know my mom hates that the name she goes by (and the name her parents always intended to call her) was put in the middle name spot. So impractical.

Ronan Henry & Fiona Helen (5)
Cordelia Charlotte (1)

Eve and Desmond are so great! Actually, I really like Ronan and Fiona too, but I would get all tongue-tied trying to saying Ronan and Fiona together.

Just out of curiousity, what makes you want three kids close together and then one much younger one?I'm liking Abram John Philippe and Anson is really neat.

I dunno, really. Lol. Just trying to have a little introspective foresight I guess. 3 is my ideal number but I feel like as they start getting older it'd be fun to have a little one again, and at that point I'd have built in babysitters (muwahahaha). I have a couple cousins (siblings) who are 10 years apart and they're really close, I like the dynamic. But I'd make it "top-heavy" since I think I'd do better dealing with 1 youngin' at a later age, than an age gap like, 15-6-4-2. If I were to have a child within a year (NOT likely) that would make me 43 at the time of this hypothetical. I'd actually love to adopt and have always thought I might adopt a child as my own get older, so that the adopted one got a little more attention and there would be less competition between the kids. But I haven't decided if that would be helpful or hurtful...

Niko is so cool! And you know already I love Mattea :D I dunno if I like Plum very much cos I not super into fruit as names but as a middle-name it's okay. I love Quin, but Quincy is too much fruit again. Quince and Plum xD

Well our house has 7 bedrooms, 5 of them are in the main part of the house, so lets go with 4 kids!
My preference:
Theodore Caspian Stewart "Teddy"
Wilfred Francis Claude "Wilf"
Casper Edward Amias "Cas"
Gabriel Willoughby Abraham Husband would probably like some daughters.. so:Theodore Gabriel Stewart / Theodore Francis Stewart
Daphne Rowena
Wilfred Francis Claude / Wilfred Caspian Claude
Hilda SeraphineWe have like no girls names. I love Rowena, he does, He loves Seraphine I don't.

Once my my grandmother told me that the best amount of children is too many children xD
This is a really fun idea!! I'm gonna add two kids extra kids to our family. Five is totally enough for me!Enya Louise (age 6)Ari Xavier (age 5) Leo Alexander (real, age 2) Maeve Luna and Tamsin Mai (real, due early December. Mai is said like "mine" without the N.)
The idea is that the twins stay youngest so there's no youngest-kid problem!!
vote up1
Wow, your kids have great names! I like Enya Louise a lot. Tamsin Mai is spectacular. Your boys names are not my style, but really great combos. You mean that Tamsin is 'real' right? And she's not a twin?
vote up1
Thanks so much!! :D Maeve and Tamsin are both real, twins, and due on the 5th of December. I'm so happy you love Tamsin Mai ^_^
vote up1
Cool! Congrats. So is this your real family or did you add the older kids?
vote up1
Thanks :DI guess I didn't explain it very well! Leo, Maeve and Tamsin are my real kids and I adore them, so I figured they should be part of my dream family.
I added in "Enya Louise" and "Ari Xavier". And conveniently ignored the fact that if "Enya" and "Ari" were real I would've had kids waaay to young xD

I used to really want five or seven children (I don't know why the odd numbers). But recently - I mean within the last couple of weeks - I've been having a hard think with myself and know that I would be happy with four children, two biological and two adopted, two boys and two girls.I would like to name my biological children; Tobias Henry Phoenix and Rose Eleanor Mary, and for there to be about three or four years different between them. I'd like to adopt a brother and sister pair around the same age as my own children, obviously I won't get to pick their names so they could be anything! My dream family could end up like this:S: Tobias Henry Phoenix (10)
AS: ??? (10 - adopted aged 5)
D: Rose Eleanor Mary (7)
AD: ??? (6 - adopted aged 12-18mo)My sister and I are extremely close and I've no doubt that I would be a massive part in her children's lives as she would in mine. She would like two daughters, their names would probably be Annalise and Neeve (or Selena or Edith or Elena) with a two or three year age gap.
vote up1
Cool that you know you want to adopt older children. Tobias Henry Phoenix is a wickedly awesome combo!(I adopted two kids in my dream family too, but I gave them names - poetic liberties!)

I'd have:Anthony Aaron (12)
Egon Elias (adopted, 14)
Loki Jayson Friedrich (10)
Pearl Louisa (adopted, 10)
Amelia Katusha Ruth (7)
Rebekah Lynn (6)
Estel Benjamin and Samwise Christopher (3)Anthony goes by Tony. Samwise goes by Sam.ETA: Lynn, Ruth, and Benjamin are family names. And assuming the father is my current bf, so are Anthony and Aaron.
