Ezra as a name brings up a fascinatingly complex series of feelings for me. I love it because of how it looks, but I don't think I could ever use it because I can't imagine an Ezra being anything but a pompous asshole. I also can't see it on a woman, though I love pompous asshole names for girls. Ezra makes me sad and frustrated. DAMN YOU EZRAAAA

I also feel these feelz, and I've never met one - but I know if I did that he'd be exactly as you say. And yet it's a male name ending in a, and it's short, and it has that handsome z in there... auughhh.

I hate the way it sounds. And yes, it does sound like the name of a pompous asshole.
