Susannah Jillian is lovely, though I prefer the Gillian spelling. I've always thought Sanna/Zanna was a cute nickname for Susannah. You could also use Anya, Anna, or Sannie.
I LOVE Isabel Josephine! Josephine Isabel is also nice, but I love Isabel too much to put it in the middle. I much prefer no nickname for Isabel as I don't like Izzy or Bella/Belle at all. I know someone with a daughter named Isobel who calls her Ibby sometimes, if that appeals.
Nathaniel is my favorite boy name ever but I'm not big on Robert Nathaniel. Robert is so abrupt and boring. I'd rank the combos in this order: Nathaniel Joshua, Nathaniel Robert, Joshua Nathaniel, Robert Nathaniel
Both of the sibset possibilities are beautiful. I'll go with the first one because I'm really not big on three-name combos on principle.
