WDYTO my A-Z names?
I went to so much trouble to compile my answer to the post down below that now I want to make further use of this list. (I don't have a PNL, so I went through the database, because I knew I wouldn't think of what my favorite names were for each letter if I didn't have something to prompt my memory.) So what do you think of my list? I don't expect anyone to give an opinion on each and every name (unless you want to, then you're more than welcome to), but maybe your five favorites and your five least favorites? Five or ten, however you want to do it.Alethea and Abraham
Bryony and Brent
Calanthia and Cade (I forgot about Calvin, actually, I like Calvin a little more than Cade)
Diana and Douglas
Eulalie and Evander
Flavia and Fletcher
Genevieve and Gideon
Hazel and Harry
India and Iain (pronounced EYE-an, yes it happens, I knew someone who spelled it this way and pronounced it this way, I went on a date with him)
Jacinda and Jared
Kerensa and Kenneth
Lucy and Lincoln
Miranda and Maxwell
Natalie and Nathaniel
Octavia and Obadiah
Priscilla and Patrick
Qiana and Quentin
Rosaline and Rex
Scarlett and Samuel
Tatiana and Thaddeus
Unity and Ulysses (not all that fond of Unity, but the best of the girl U names)
Victoria and Vaughn
Winter and Wesley
Xenia and Xavier
Yvonne and Yale
Zavia and Zebulon

My favourite boys:
Evander - I love this and was annoyed that my husband said we couldn't use it because it was "too black" for us white folks. :)
Gideon - I've loved this for a few years. I picture a little Gideon with dark curly hair and big glasses. Nickname Gidders. :)
Lincoln - I like both Lincoln and Lachlan so much.
Thaddeus - I'd never use it, but I think it's cool.
Vaughn - I've thought about this as a middle name a lot. Vaughn and Grey both just seem so handsome for middle names to me.
Nathaniel - It's growing on me. I know three little Nathaniels now, plus a new baby with the middle name Nathaniel. My favourite girls:
Natalie - so pretty. Love it. I think I love Natalia a bit more, but Natalie is so nice.
Tatiana - beautifulSome almost-likes or could-maybe-likes:
Zavia - I'm intrigued and I like Zs.
India - I really love Indigo and I kinda want to like India too
Hazel - just seems so sweet
Bryony - the sound is great, but I don't like the look.

Alethea and Abraham - Like Alethea, not Abraham.
Bryony and Brent - Like Bryony, not Brent (it sounds too much like "bent" to me.)
Calanthia and Cade - I love them both, though Calanthia is perhaps a bit confusing.
Diana and Douglas - I like Diana, but not Douglas.
Eulalie and Evander - I like Evander, relatively. Eulalie bugs me somehow.
Flavia and Fletcher - I like them both, in a sense. I feel like I shouldn't like them.
Genevieve and Gideon - Love Genevieve. Gideon is all right, I like it as an mn.
Hazel and Harry - I like them both.
India and Iain - India is cute, and Iain is very interesting indeed.
Jacinda and Jared - Don't like Jacinda, Jared is awesome.
Kerensa and Kenneth - Don't like either.
Lucy and Lincoln - Like Lucy, not Lincoln.
Miranda and Maxwell - Like Miranda (my personal nn for her is Mo), but Maxwell gets on my nerves.

Alethea and Abraham-- I feel like I should love Alethea, it's pretty much the epitome of an old lady name, but something about it throws me off. I think it maybe reminds me a little too much of "lethal", and it almost sounds like it's someone with a lisp saying Alicia with the four syllable pronunciation. Abraham I quite like, mainly due to the Bram Stoker association; I'm not sure why it wasn't on my long list. Bryony and Brent-- Bryony I love, though I go back and forth on Bryony vs. Briony, but it seems ridiculously common here and that puts me off. Brent is just kind of "eh" to me. It seems quite American jock-ish, which is the opposite to what I normally like in a name.Calanthia and Cade (I forgot about Calvin, actually, I like Calvin a little more than Cade)-- Calanthia is new to me! I really like it. Cade I'm not fond of, but Calvin is cute. Diana and Douglas-- Diana I find a little dull, Douglas I adore endlessly. I need to find a home for Douglas on my list of combinations, really. Eulalie and Evander-- I adore both of these. I'm happy to see someone else liking Eulalie. Flavia and Fletcher-- Flavia is very ballroom-dancer to me (I think there actually is one called Flavia based in here in the UK?). Fletcher has just never grown on me.

Alethea and Abraham - delightfully incongruous together!
Bryony and Brent - Bryony is good; Brent seems bent.
Calanthia and Cade (I forgot about Calvin, actually, I like Calvin a little more than Cade) - Theologically I rather deplore Calvin, but I taught a wonderful one who changed my feelings about the name.
Diana and Douglas - 1920s elegance!
Eulalie and Evander
Flavia and Fletcher - Flavia really is dashing; I'd prefer her with Fraser.
Genevieve and Gideon - nah.
Hazel and Harry - Harry maybe; not Hazel. What about Heather, Helen or Harriet?
India and Iain Not into India; Iain or Ian pronounced EEan is near the top of my list.
Jacinda and Jared - Jared is nice;I prefer Jacinta
Kerensa and Kenneth - Kenneth could join Diana and Douglas at the golf club where Kerensa would be their waitress.
Lucy and Lincoln - I can't find a boy L name anywhere. Lucy is #1, though.

This is great! I had no idea your taste was so romantic. My favourites have to be:Rosaline and Rex
Tatiana and Thaddeus
Eulalie and Evander
Calanthia and Calvin
Unity and Ulysses (I do like Unity quite a bit, but wonder if the Mitford sister ruined it, or if anyone would even know who that was)
Interesting that William wasn't your boy W name. I wasn't expecting Wesley instead!

Alethea and Abraham: Alethia has an unpleasant, disease-like sound, probably because of the th. I like Alicia better even though I know it really has nothing to do with Alethia. Abraham doesn't do a thing for me.
Bryony and Brent: Brent is okay, though a bit like a grunt. Bryony is too English-country-house-mystery for me.
Calanthia and Cade (I forgot about Calvin, actually, I like Calvin a little more than Cade) Calanthia has the exact same problem as Alethia: a th that makes it sounds medical. Cade is one of those half-naked hunk on a cheapo romance novel cover names. Calvin is okay but kind of old-mannish, at least around here it is.
Diana and Douglas: Diana is beautiful and glamorous. Douglas is not bad but sounds so tightly buttoned-up it's about to pass out. Doug is less buttoned-up but I always picture a Doug as being so self-consciously gung-ho and macho that he exhausts and irritates everybody he's with.
Eulalie and Evander: Eulalie is a name for an old witch. Evander to me is forever tied to Holyfield. Besides it just sounds silly, like meander plus evade.
Flavia and Fletcher: Flavia should be Flavor Flav's new Flava of Love. Or a salt-free seasoning blend. Move over, Mrs. Dash. Fletcher sounds like throwing up.
