I think because Beatrice fits in so well polite tea-parties, all the ladies in white dresses nibbling at sandwiches with the crusts cut off. It's a name that feels like its trying to strap you up and pull you into a perfect shape that you don't want to be. Like a corset. Ohh that kinda make sense that you'd feel like you could use something unusual with something popular :)
