I like Bea best as a nickname, but also Bia or Beah. Have you thought of Beatie? I'm not sure how common of a nickname that is for all the new baby Beatrices. I quite like it because of the book Playing Beatie Bow. From your list I really love Trixie and Vivi (although Vivi might confuse some people).
