Yes, you don't have ti be born in April to be named that. In fact, I think it's cheesy if you are.
I think Autumn, Summer, Winter, April, May, June, August, October and November works as names. November nn Nova is actually a GP of mine.
I personally wouldn't use a month as inspiration.
