Julius is a nice name, he did okay.:) I think all of the names are usable whenever, but the only ones I like much are April and May.
These are used in Wales, where I'm from:
Haf (summer) - quite common as a middle name
Mai (May) also common as a middle name
Hefin (short version of Mehefin, June)
Medi (September)
I've also seen Ionawr (January) and Gwanwyn (spring) but they're very rare.
