How do you pronounce Kezia? :) I've heard it several different ways!

I went to school with a Kezia! She said it "KAY-zee-ah".

Like keh-ZEE-ah.
A lot of people say it KEH-zee-uh with the stress on the first syllable and the 'ah' kind of turning into an 'uh' sound if they've just read my name off something. I mostly use Kizzy :)

I like "KEH-zee-uh" but realize that that's not necessarily "correct" :)

I think there probably isn't one single correct way. It probably has a lot to do with your accent and what languages you speak. Obviously I pronounce it how my parents pronunce it ;)
KEH-zee-uh doesn't make my crazy or anything. It's just not how we say it.
