Your names fall into two categories, both of which are a 180 from one another so its hard to really say that they "go." For instance, I think Anastasia and Lorraine are completely different and if I saw them as a pair, I would think Anastasia got the better deal. Same with Cordelia. Lorraine and Patricia are the only two I think that go, mostly because both are dated, at least here in the US.
For the boys, the one I think that would go best with Lorraine and Patricia is Warren Keith, as I find it equally dated.
Maverick sort of sticks out of left field and doesn't seem to go with any of your female names. Aubrey has been taken over by the girls, so I see it being an easily teaseable name in future. Mark Aubrey isn't bad, though. David Walter is boring. Gideon Robert is very nice.

Lorraine and Patricia makes Lorraine look too dated, I think. Also, 'Triss' does not sound good to me in the least.
Lorraine and Anastasia is nice, although not as perfectly paired as Lorraine and Cordelia. Why not shorten Anastasia? Lori and Anastasia seems like a really random sister set.
Lorraine and Cordelia is my favourite. Cordelia makes Lorraine look better, I think. A little livelier. However, Lor and Cor are a little close in sound, no? Maybe if the nickname Delia is established very early on it could work.
Gideon Robert is awesome! The others are fine, but not really my style. It's sure an eclectic bunch of boys though.

Maverick jon. I'm not crazy as maverick as a first name because where I'm from, its a name of a near family practice so makes me think of doctors and nurses but this combo makes it work. Maverick jon flows really well and is all around decent
