i think the idea of using initials is really cool? idk, i've never thought of doing that but it is more subtle and refreshing so i prefer it over repeating family names, which kind of bores me, to be honest hahah
for the second middle... hmmm i'd just choose something nice that fits, don't worry too much since the honouring would be already done
