I believe so. River is a very beautiful, and while I personally don't like Milo, it does have a handsome quality to it. I think they work well as a sibset.

If River was a boy it would be fine, but it's way too masculine for a girl, IMO. River and Milo sound like brothers.

River doesn't sound good with any other name. River is not a name to me.

It sounds perfect. A bit boyish, but they still go well together.
