I wouldn't use it, because it does seem masculine to me. I have a co-worked named Glenn so maybe that's part of it for me too.I do know a Glynn (rhymes with chin) and I think that is suitable for a girl or woman.

Aw, I like Glynn. It's so sweet. But I think there is a Barbie fairy movie and the littly flying fairy-furball thing (no idea what it is) is named Glynn. I also am not sure if it is a boy or girl... thought I lean towards boy even though it is purple, because it seems to have a thing for another flying fairy-furball thing that is pink. In any case, my niece is obsessed with Barbie and Fairies now, so all I can picture is an adorable furball with the name Glynn.
