I like the name Nat, a lot. It's cute. It's really cute. I also like the name Sienna. If these names are calling out to you, it doesn't really matter what we think. You should use them.
To answer your questions though, Image/Person-Wise:
Ajay: Ajay makes me think of a jock. The "jay" part of the name is probably why I picture a young, dark-haired guy's guy wearing a smirk and a blue sport's coat with equal pride. The name Ajay just makes me think that this guy is egotistical and morally questionable, particularly when it comes to teenage, rebellious antics.
Sienna: This name always makes me think of a gorgeous Hispanic girl. Always. I think long black hair, dark eyes, shapely body, and a sassy, passionate attitude.
Elisabeth: I picture a thin, blonde woman that lives in the country on a farm full of chickens. Seriously, I get the whole braided pigtails, patched overalls, straw hat, and "farmer's daughter" personality. I think it's the Beth part of the name that does it for me.
Nat: This one is my favorite. Maybe it's because of the image that comes to mind. I think of a quick-witted, somewhat eccentric guy. I feel like he'd be part of a fringe culture. Personally, because I adore goths and all that they truly are, I image a shaggy haired guy in a band t-shirt, tight black pants, and black shoes with colored laces. I feel like he'd be sarcastic but well-meaning and empathetic. Basically Nat makes me think of someone that's doing their best to be whoever Nat wants to be, but has his arms open to accept people for the way they are too.
