Ajay (m): I don't like this one, it looks like a different spelling or a variant of AJ.
Sienna (f): Sienna is ok.
Elisabeth (f): a bit boring, but nice with an original nickname.
Nat (m): I like Nat, though it sounds like nickname to me. But I have no problems with it being used as a full name.
