I think it's ironic that Trendelina has the word "trend" in it. Though, I suppose Krea8alina would be more accurate.
However - take a look at this similar name (which means "sweet briar")...
Trendafilka , BtN lists Trena as the diminutive or nickname.

Going by the spelling and the sound of it, though, I assume Trëndelina might be an Albanian name.
