Ajay - I would say ay-jay, like the letters. I don't like it, because of that. I'd rather use an A and a J name and call him AJ.
Sienna - Meh, I find it super uninteresting. Like it was almost cool once, but not quite. It's trying too hard.
Elisabeth - Nice, classic. I like variants better (Lise, Elise, Eliza, Lisbeth) but Elisabeth is nice enough.
Nat - For a full name? Terrible. I'm thinking of 'gnat' the whole time. I would assume it was a nickname for Nathaniel, but I still don't like it.
