I don't like the weather-related named. Breezeanne being not too horrible.
Margitte - Love it. I have a couple friends name Margit though - so there is a familiarity bias.
Josana - I would use this IRL. I really like the spelling and the sound.
Ceceline - Adorbs. Maybe a little over the top... but Cecelia and Celia are top names in my book, so this works. It's very princess-y to me though.
Denine - Interesting. I like the sound, maybe because it reminds me of Nadine. But, still, it's a pleasing name to the ear, but kinda awkward written down.
Saribel - pretty standard in the Philippines, so it seems very ordinary and boring to me. But, Sarah is al ovely name, so combos of it usually go over well. (I say that about Mary too, so judge my taste as you will.)
Sanibel - I prefer this stay the name of a place. Not a fan.

Ceciline? Ceceline? Cecelene? Sounds good, but the spelling confuses me.
In principle, I suppose, they're no different from less compacted Frankies like Maryrose. But the only one I enjoy is Ceceline.
Two real-life horrors for your contemplation: friends, Jeanine and Rudolf, named their daughter Runine. And (mentioned this recently) there was a local newspaper reference to a woman named Josephilda.

Ahh, Rudine wouldn't have been better ;)
I thought for the longest time that The Specials' song "a message to you Rudy" was "a message to you Rudene" ^ _ ^

Isn't he? Much cuter than baby William, I think.
