Name Sighting
Browsing on instagram I came across a sibling set: Eleanor Beautiful and Primrose Bravery. What do you think?

Surprisingly, I really don't mind the combos and that's probably because Eleanor and Primrose are so grounded.

Eleanor is okay, and I totally forgive the middle names, because I think that almost ( almost) anything goes when it comes to middle names, but I just can't stand Primrose.

I think it's risky. Eleanor Beautiful sounds good but ... I find myself preferring Bella, for probably the first time in my life. And I heartily dislike wimpy Primrose, so stiffening it with Bravery does nothing to help. I knew a very nice woman named Beauty once. That was the name she went by. And it suited her OK, except that she had the misfortune to be very, very plain indeed. I suppose that using more traditional virtue or characteristic names is more acceptable because they've largely lost their meaning - unless you actively think about it - and become just names, like Jeff and Susan.
