Aleric Charle is weird, I see that you had meant Alaric, which I like but Charle is just weird, it looks weird and SHARL is an ugly sound. CHARL is slightly more attractive, I'd prefer Alaric Charles.
There is nothing wrong with Roque I guess, other than reminding my of crochet, I think people would have a lot of problems with it outside of a Spanish/Portuguese area. It would never occur to me to pronounce it RO-ke. I think Rocco is much more accessible.
