Poppy - cheesy and childish
Portia - I'm about to watch her on Ellen. Not a fan of the name though.
Praeclara - a disorder of pregnancy. May or may not be related to preeclampsia
Prairie - love the Prairies, but not as a name
Psyche - LOL. Really?

Quetzal - fun to say. MAybe for a pet
Quincey - I like Quincy for a boy. Very much.

Priscilla is the only name I truly like from the list, and I really really like it. We have it on our list.

I can't diss on Priya, Polly or Posie, as I know little ones with those names.

I don't like any of the Q-names you listes, but I do like Quinsy and Quiana.

Quynella - I don't know how it's supposed to be pronounced, but I would guess kwee-NEL-la or ki-NEL-la.
