I like/love every name you mentioned, with the exception of Hester and Hildegard. I especially love Isaac, Lucy, Matilda, Enoch, Benjamin and Alice and of course Jethro!

Isaac - I want to like Isaac. It's a good name, but I had an ex boyfriend with that name and now he's some weird conspiracy theory guy so, it has negative connotations for me to ever use. I'd like on other kids though.
Hildegard- Awful. I cant get over how harsh this sounds. It makes me think of Trunchbull from Matilda.
Lucy- Love Lucy. It's short and sweet.
Winona- Not something I'd ever use but it's nice.
Abner- Toothless pig farmer. Can't get that image out of my head.
Matilda- Like Winona, I like this name but I doubt I'd ever use.
Jethro- Toothless pig farmers cousin.
Thaddeus- Thaddues isn't bad. I'm mostly indifferent towards it. It's not bad, but it's not my favorite ither.
Enoch- How do you pronounce this? Not crazy about it.
Susannah- Love Susannah. Like it much more than Hannah and Suzanne.
Hester- Is this a boy or girl name? Either way, it looks like it belongs with Abner and Jethro. *Edited this to say I realized what I don't like about this name. Fester. Like festering flesh. Gross.
Benjamin- A little bland, but a strong name.
Alice- I like Alice for a middle name the most but it's simple and sweet.

I've hesitated a lot before posting this, because I don't want to seem like I'm criticizing you to an extreme degree. But honestly, I just can't help myself. Do you come here expecting and/or demanding only positive responses? To be agreed with only and never disagreed with? For the primary purpose of self-expression? If so, then I think you're in the wrong place. You should just start your own name blog, and express yourself there, and not ask for anyone else's opinions, and not allow comments.

I guess I just don't understand the point of posting them without a question attached, such as "What do you think of these" or "would this make a good sibset" as this is an opinions board. Thats not being "bratty and negative" thats trying to answer whatever question you had when it wasn't explicitly noted.

Hate to throw my lot in with she-who-shall-not-be-named, who of -course- weighed in on this already, but I completely agree with you and Rachel Shaina and blah. I mean, I read the title and had no idea what was going on - and then looked at the post and still had no idea. I mean, what's the point of the list? Am I, like, meant to name the ones I like or what?
