If I had a baby born on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I can see myself using Noel or Noelle as a middle name. I like Noel, Noelle not so much. But I can still see myself using Noelle as a middle name. It would have to be either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, though, not just anytime in December.
