Of these, I like: Millicent.
I agree with others there's an issue with Amarantha being very expansive and floral and glamorous, and most of the names on this list seem more demure and cerebral, and less powerful. I would want to avoid a name that seemed homely next to an elder sister Amarantha (YMMV). (What do you call Amarantha? Does she have a familiar nickname? Or is she Lucy or something? if so then it does not matter as much)
Millicent Linnea Maeve
Clementine Cecily Jael
My suggestions, names I think can compete with Amarantha:
Ginevra
Xanthe
.... woah, Valentina is #129? *closes mouth* Too bad.
Valeriana
Melisende (Mel-ih-sənd in English) - a glammier form of Millicent
Andromeda
Calanthia
Theodora
Marcellina / Marcelline
Damiana
Tatiana
Callista
Phaedra
Sapphira
Apollonia
Genevieve
- mirfak
