Kathleen (Kitty), Marilyn (Minnie) and Pauline (Polly).
Kathleen (Kitty), Marilyn (Minnie) and, er, Geoffrey (Geoff). That would keep the vintage vibe and the -y ending while avoiding a -y nn. Stephen (Steve) could also work for the same reason, just with an -n ending theme instead of a -y nn.
Robert and Richard, or Rob and Rick or Bob and Dick? So very different ...
Robert, Richard and Rowan, or Russell, or Randall, assuming you live where Randy isn't a problem. I think you need another R name there.
Robert, Richard and Rosalind, which would give her the chance of Roz, Rosie, Sally or Linda as possible nns. Or Robert, Richard and Clare.
