Ugh.. Horrible spelling I saw today.

Was out today for lunch and one of the ladies behind the bar was named Pheeyona (pronounced like Fiona)... Arghh!!Cassie...girlfriend to Cameron and mum to Hayley Anne, Skye Louise, Nathan James and Blake Robert

Oh, my stars. That...that's just terrible. I think this is one of the worst kre8if spellings I've seen in awhile. Gyuh.

Sweet Mother of Pearl! I'm wondering if Pheeyona was born before Fiona took off in popularity so the parents decided to take a Hooked On Phonics approach to the name. Tragic results.

LOL. Recently one of my co-workers posted in our chat that if she has another girl she wants to name her "Kennedy but spelled funky." I wanted to go over to her desk and smack some sense into her.

Kennedy's an ugly name anyway. I wouldn't even want it for a last name. It doesn't come smoothly off the tongue. Spelling it Kennadee, or Kynidi or something like that is like putting great flashy spinners on somebody's grandmother's 25-year-old Buick. It changes something that was not attractive to begin with but at least belonged to somebody special into a joke.
